Workload can be a huge source of frustration.

It's soul destroying to know that no matter how many things you get ticked off the list, there is always way more than you can do still on the list.

The natural reaction is to get our heads down and work harder and longer in hopes that at some point things will feel better.

From experience, however, I know that this leads to More frustration, not less. You start feeling like it's You that's not Good Enough and not able to Cope.

So, what's the answer? 

Well, the very First thing to realise is - it's Not You.
